Breakfast at Sean Nós & a Seaweed Bath in Doolin: Sean nós bakery is fresh and delish and staffed by lovely folks. You can buy a book of poetry by Doireann NíGhriofa from their little shop and read it with your pastry and flat white. Magical!

Then walk down to the shore to the locally owned Wild Atlantic Seaweed Baths (reserve in advance) and soak with a gorgeous view of the seashore.

Skellig Michael: One of the most surreal places I’ve ever been. A mountain jutting out of the sea. Intensely green grass. Monastery ruins. Puffins.

You can only visit in summer and half of the boat rides are canceled because of high winds. But take a chance, you will not regret it!
