I’ve been shopping with Marrkt since 2012, back in the legendary Superdenim and Slowdownjoe days. For me, their curation of pre-owned and heritage menswear is still completely unmatched. I try not to buy new clothes. There’s already so much out there, and I’m increasingly uncomfortable with the waste and impact of modern production. Marrkt makes sticking to that pretty easy. Their inventory has grown massively over the years tbh. It’s no longer just classic denim and workwear. There’s plenty of modern, technical stuff in the mix now. Think Drake's, The Real McCoy’s, Arc'teryx Veilance, Engineered Garments, Margaret Howell and Visvim to name a few. And crucially, they take the hassle out of selling secondhand. Photography, exact measurements, authentication, all handled properly. “The most sustainable clothes are the clothes already in your wardrobe.”
