Tasty Bite Madras Lentils and Green Rice

Batch cook a pot of basmati with pumpkin seeds and coriander chutney to taste. layer with the lentils, shredded cheese, maybe some pickled onion and hot sauce. this is one of my safe foods. 100% will eat over and over again.
