ROAST CHICKEN

I probably roast an entire roast chicken once a week when i’m home. It feels extremely fancy and trad wife like, but it couldn’t be easier cause you just throw it in the oven and take it out when it’s done. also you don’t need all the fancy things, just salt it well and roast at 425. (but if you do wanna be fancy - spatchcock and add fresh thyme, sage and rosemary) are you hungry - grab the drum stick need something light - make a salad with home roasted chicken breast wanna be bad - make croutons with the chicken drippings wanna be good - make a fresh bone broth with the bones and trimmings

if you’re over the age of 30 and you have a fairly okay job, order the larger car. 4 grown adults should never be squeezing into a honda accord. also no adults should be drinking and driving.

malls are (and i mean this with every ounce of my soul) one of the greatest things about america, and they’re dying! but in LA malls are thriving! we have everytype of mall imaginable and it’s incredible. outdoor malls (century city mall), indoor malls (beverly center), outlet malls (cabazon), boutique malls (brentwood country mart), strip malls (the one by the airport that has irori sushi!). so please go to the mall, hang out with your friends, bring your kids, and have a beer at cheesecake factory!
