october 20. today's tea: hibiscus, ginger, goji berries, and red raspberry leaf. the past few days have been full of cramps, tummy troubles, and coming to terms with an endometriosis diagnosis in my 30s. my body has been asking (sometimes screaming) for a little extra care, and i'm trying to listen. used hot water, not boiling, let it steep while I took my dog for a 20 min walk and poured over a little ice.
