Seriously kids make the coolest things. I can’t afford expensive art, which does make me sad, but kid art is even better sometimes! And hopefully it makes them proud to see their stuff displayed.

Take a stroll at the mall

And maybe stop by the food court to witness the many gaggles of teens socializing, and to say hi to the boy your daughter is “hanging out” with. And remember teenagers are wholesome and good. And remind them you have your eye on them. And then feel like you’re 16 again at the mall on a Friday night, but at the same time also feel so old. Everything is exactly the same and so different.
