Buy some sweet grapes and freeze it. The bigger ones are better. That’s it! I remember loving these sweet treats as a kid and would quietly eat them with my sister when my mom took a catnap. Last week I introduced them to my kids, and boy, I’ve never been more cool 😎

I saw Carla Lalli’s YouTube video on this recipe, and it looked so simple that I figured I would give it a try (most of the ingredients are pantry items that I use regularly). I was blown away. You think you know what this tastes like, but it’s so much better. A true umami powerhouse.

Another super delicious pickle with just a handful of ingredients. Sarah from Ahnest Kichen recommended that this be eaten with dumplings and I’ll admit I was skeptical at first. I’m Taiwanese and we have our dumpling sauces down, you know? But I tried it anyway and it was incredible. 10/10, no notes.

Fresh mint tea with honey

My sweet mint plant is taking over the entire raised bed, upstaging its neighbors (basil and chives). So now I have mint tea with loads of mint leaves! I have a muddler so I muddle the leaves, but I don't know if it matters. This is delicious. Just mint leaves, boiling water, and a little bit of honey.
