So this is a little cookbook that was put out by the now closed and forever iconic Hominy Grill in Charleston and idk if anyone can find it anywhere but I cook from it ALL THE TIME. Perfect cornbread, iconic shrimp and grits, best chocolate pudding of my life, classic low country cooking done simply perfection no notes. Also includes charming illustrations and his amazing headnotes.
