One of the more gorgeous spots in Toronto. There are runners, walkers, mourners, sitters, and so many other humans engaging in whatever it is we engage in. I’m personally partial to a big walk around the cemetery followed by a journal session on one of the many benches throughout the place. You feel centred and peaceful leaving the grounds.

A fun little spot in Tofino on Vancouver Island. The decor and vibe is so funky and unique. Think Jetsons meets Mad Men. They have a sauna and hot tub, a cool little activities area, a humungous Scrabble, sunken living room in the lobby (!). Super cute

Tofino

I couldn’t recommend somewhere more. The masses are right in that it’s quite touristy but that hasn’t eroded the magic that is Tofino. The beaches, the hikes, the people watching, the sunsets, the farmers market, the non-locals who move there to work for the season, the coffee, the rolling fogs, the wildlife. It’s all so uniquely Tofino.
