having a notebook for recipes you make all the time

I’ve started keeping a notebook with my favorite repeat recipes handwritten in it. I’m hoping to cut screens from my life in little ways, and removing them from the kitchen feels pretty special.
While I’ll continue to read and bookmark recipes online, once I have repeats that I love, I’m committing to writing them in my little notebook which I can easily pop open to refer to. So far I have broth, pie dough, spatchcocked chicken, a bunch of chia seed puddings, and some salad dressings. Excited to fill my notebook up and save space in the back for a little index!

My favorite routine when I find a banger of an online recipe! Especially when it’s a one-off blog I probably won’t remember when I want it again

Do you organize by recipe type, or do you just copy and paste in the order you find recipes? Love this idea!

No particular order, really. I’ve numbered the bottoms of the pages and am planning to make an index in the back so I can quickly scan it to find a recipe!
