Breadbelly’s Tomato Morty Sandwhich & Cocomelon Drink

The sandwich is so flavorful with a tomato jam and the crunch of lettuce and herbs. A new to me drink of melon, lime, cucumber and lemongrass with a coconut cold foam is absolutely fantastic. Get them at Dogpatch location and take to the benches waterside.

The most exciting food I’ve had in a long time. Everything was absolutely delicious but this crispy, creamy, herby eggplant and sungolds dish is the best bite of my summer; both flavors and textures are ace.

Delicious pozole and panuchos and a bar truck with fun music so you can wash it all down with cold cold beers. AND a mariachi Snoopy!!! They used to be in a bigger lot but they had to move since the site was being turned into condos. But I’m happy they are still around and never miss stopping by when I’m in Santa Rosa.

Souvla’s Frozen Yogurt

It’s light and airy, but thick and creamy all at the same time and I love that it’s TART! Maybe not a surprise that I love it so much since it’s made from my favorite yogurt, Straus Greek Yogurt. I like it with a swirl of Cretan wildflower honey. At my age, this is practically medicine ;)

Everything is super delicious here and I think their true brilliance is all the textures: crispy, sticky, crunchy, chewy, bouncy, all in their most perfect forms and balanced. Top favorites are: crispy rice salad laab, drunken mussels with sticky rice, KMG, papaya salad.
