cocojune protein yogurt

I used to think non dairy yogurt was for suckers until my baby (maybe) proved intolerant to dairy in my breastmilk… so after thorough research this “yogurt” accounts for at least one of my meals a day. I add walnuts, pumpkin seeds, raspberries, cacao nibs, olive oil and salt. Also great as sour cream sub in chili or soup.

Never pressuring your baby to eat/nurse/bottle feed

Our baby had weight issues and our pediatrician laid on the pressure to increase her feeding. Long story short she developed a full on bottle and breastfeeding aversion. It was heartbreaking but we found our way out and back to a great breastfeeding relationship through this book and the help of one of her consultants. I am a die hard Rowena girl. Hmu if you want support.
