I’m hosting a Clothing Swap Party on Friday night (recommend that) and in addition to tea + wine, I’d like to make a warm dip for friends to nibble on. Anyone have any favorite fall dips to have with crackers and veggies?

PORTLAND OREGON FRIENDS! I am heading to PDX to guest teach at Roll Ups Pilates in Kerns and I'm staying in Alberta Arts District. What are your absolute "MUST VISIT" coffee shops, vintage clothing, book stores, anything of the sort! I love to explore from a local's perspective!

My husband is thinking of spending a few days (solo) in the Blue Ridge Mountains (North Carolina centric)…does anyone have any accommodation, trails, food, cafe recs?
