Broma Bakery Chocolate Chip Cookies

The absolute best cookie of my life. PLEASE let sit in fridge for 24-48 hours before baking, which might sound annoying but it’s SO worth it. The dough comes together quickly and then when it’s actually time to bake you have the dough ready to rumble!! Life changing to add toffee, or nuts too.

Broma Bakery Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe

“i made these cookies a month ago - mostly because the dough didn’t require much refrigeration time (30 mins) - and then popped a dozen or so balls of cookie dough into my freezer! Now, in just 11 mins, I have a perfect snack/dessert/breakfast treat(go for it!)”
