If you love fragrance, history, and/or beautiful places in general the original Santa Maria Novella store is a must see. It's the site of the original apothecary, which as the name indicates, is connected to Santa Maria Novella. You don't need to go to shop, it's a beautiful free museum. Also great for buying souvenirs or gifts.
