I recently got diagnosed with my first one and it’s relatively small, but it can be hard to deal with sometimes 🥴

Cyster Cyster!: Sorry about your cyst Angel, I've had about ten on both ovaries. First off make sure you get full endocrine panels at different times in your cycle to see if you're deficient in anything (I found out I wasn't producing any progesterone)

I tried supplements and lifestyle changes for years, which I recommend you implement! (enough sleep, nutritious foods, lack of stress, enough low-impact exercise, teas, cutting down on sugars;processed foods) it's a lot of work but overall good for you.

However I did end up getting on a low-dose birth control (lo loestrin FE) after years of just holistic attempts, and boy did it help!

There's no one-stop cure unfortunately, but the PMOS community is out there with support! And finding a good OBGYN to help on the medical side should be paired with all holistic approaches, 'you can't manage what you don't measure' 🖤

💗: I’ve had a few friends with ovarian cysts and the only thing that’s helped them (if you’re having heavy cycles, pain, low energy) is surgical removal of the cysts. They felt so much better after! And of course this is completely anecdotal / just for what it’s worth! Hope your journey gets better 💗
