How do yall with ovaries deal with having an ovarian cyst? I recently got diagnosed with my first one and it’s relatively small, but it can be hard to deal with sometimes 🥴 Also, I’ve totally talked to my doctor about this. I’m just curious what people do to comfort themselves?

I’ve had a few friends with ovarian cysts and the only thing that’s helped them (if you’re having heavy cycles, pain, low energy) is surgical removal of the cysts. They felt so much better after! And of course this is completely anecdotal / just for what it’s worth! Hope your journey gets better 💗
