Taskmaster
This is one of my absolute favourite comfort watch shows. It's so silly, and while it can be sharp and witty, it never punches down. It is truly a joy to watch, and I've discovered so many comedians that I now love via Taskmaster.

“I can’t stop watching Taskmaster. British competition shows are so important.”

“Adult silliness in its purest form. Watch when you need a dose of life-affirming hilarity. This show has introduced me to some of my favorite comedians (Tim Key, James Acaster, Aisling Bea) and is a perfect gateway drug into the world of British comedy. All 22 UK seasons available (for free!) on YouTube, as are the excellent Danish, New Zealand, and Australian versions. Your time starts now.”

“I feel like I’m telling a big secret by recommending this but truly it’s the best show on TV I think. Irreverent, hilarious, creative, low-stakes British humour. 💘 and they stream it for free on YouTube!”
