Olio del Cardinale

This olive oil used to be a family secret of sorts — the importer would import for his friends and larger in the know friend circle (hat tip to my aunt @vermilion_triangle for the hook up). I’ve gifted and have been gifted a bottle of this olive oil and it’s so good. I don’t have a bottle in front of me (just placed a restock order this morning) but am fairly certain it has a harvest date on the bottle — I for sure get harvest update emails from importer Dave Dellanave.
