Salted Rosemary Shortbread

These are divine and the sleeper hit always. People are skeptical and then fanatical. I have seen another Rec for these on here for good reason! Cutting them small is good because they are rich. They freeze extremely well, so you can make ahead and have a plate or box ready for a party or gift in no time.

I made these for my brother’s wedding at the request of the bride and groom and have put them in my cookie boxes for the last 4 years.
