Itoya Ginza: Heaven for stationary obsessives.  Over 7 floors with each floor having a specialization. Off the top of my head, there was a pen floor (just pens!!), crafts, notebooks, home goods - can't remember the rest but this is one of my favorite spots and I go every time I'm in Tokyo. Look for the big red paperclip!

For souvenirs, they sell Itoya products like special-sized Post-Its and giant red paperclips.

Ginza Hachigou ramen: A Michelin starred ramen restaurant in Ginza with, as you might expect, amazing ramen. Also the ramen is $10. Reservations are impossible to get. They sell out within 1 min. But you can wait in line for a walk in meal. My husband and I arrived at 10am and ate by about 11:15 or maybe 11:30. Worth the wait! And then you can stroll over to Itoya stationary.
