Duffy watch app for step counting

I started wearing my Apple Watch again after a few years in order to count my steps during pregnancy. It was strangely hard to get the watch to show just this one thing - step count! But the Duffy app is simple and gets the job done and now I can see my steps on my watch Home Screen. 🚶🏻♀️

Visiting Biscayne National Park by boat from the Coconut Grove neighborhood

I’m still surprised that we have 3 national parks within an hour of home (Everglades, Biscayne, and Dry Tortugas). Biscayne is all water so you basically can only visit by boat or other water activity but THIS rec is about not having to drive to the park entrance in Homestead and instead getting a boat ride there from Miami itself. Boat tours are 3ish hours - we did it with a 3 year old and all was great!

It’s hard to find bread bakeries in Miami but Domaselo is 👌🏽 All sourdough. And they are generous with the samples when you go to their little bread window in Little Havana!!

Getting cookbooks from the library

I’m looking for more easy but actually good recipes these days, and while I enjoy browsing recipe sites and bookmarking a hundred recipes, I am loving cooking out of cookbooks! And our library systems delivers to the house 🙏🏽 I have a small stack I’ve sticky noted and am working through. The due date means I’ll test out a recipe right away. Highly recommend.
