Princess Cake from Quarter Sheets

This is the most recent cake I’ve had, my first princess cake of hopefully many more to come. The cream is abundant, but lightly sweetened with most of the flavor coming from the tart raspberry layers and the marzipan. An exquisitely soft and fluffy cake.
