Lydia Bastianich’s Tomato Sauce Recipe

Look, I’ve processed A LOT of tomatoes, and this recipe is tops. Super simple, no onions, and I suggest you skip peeling the tomatoes (running the sauce through a food mill at the end will leave any skin bits behind). Recipe makes about 1 qt of sauce.
