3-bin Compost Bins
•••
These are blueprints for a very basic 3-bin composting system that I designed based on another template made available from a university. My design removes some of the bells-and-whistles (no lids!) in order to minimize expense, in addition to a few other adjustments to make sure the bins are a proper 3 x 3 x 3 feet & the front slats can be pulled in-and-out easily. These plans have been used to make dozens of bins so far, all across the world!

Mashti Malones' "Herbal Snow"
•••
A friend brought this over for a dinner party. It's made from "a blend of rosewater, lemon, cardamom, basil seeds, and a secret blend of 14 herbs and spices." (According to their Instagram.) It tastes crazy, in the best way. It does have the texture of snow. On hot days, I literally fantasize about it. It's such a wake up call for the mouth and spirit and senses. I always have/savor a few bites during peak summer temps. Yum yum forever.
