Oatmeal forever! Vilda’s recipe is simple and decadent. This is my favorite way to make steel cut oats. Easy to riff off of based on what you have around the house. I also like a roasted strawberries/coconut yogurt combo :)

I love lamp (LED/cordless)

Winter is looong and dark where I live. This is my kitchen lamp and I turn it on to make my morning coffee and also when I’m cooking dinner. To me, it is absolutely everything. Just the right amount of light, warmth, and ritual to set the cozy vibes as we sink into a slower season. I have the Poldina Pro but there’s loooots of other options online that are more affordable. I also have a Graypants Wick (iykyk). The design is very nostalgic and I love to walk around the house carrying it.

I’m a big time bag lady and this is my all time favorite tote. I have the black and I take it with me everywhere on the boat, plane, farmers market etc. It’s well made, sturdy and easy to clean. The true Honda fit of bags you can put so much stuff in here and the compartments make your life feel organized. Cute and also practical. It is one of my top five life items that I use and love.
