Covering the cut end of bread with tin foil

I love freshly baked bread but hate how quickly it goes stale. While I also endorse the slice and freeze method, sometimes I’m too lazy. After you slice your bread open, just cover the cut end with tin foil and put it back in the paper bag. Using this technique my bread stays fresh for a week or more! It’s magic ✨

I’m obsessed with this thing! It was a birthday present, because at the time it seemed like too much of a luxury to buy myself, but now it feels absolutely essential to my life. I use it to make my matcha every morning (set the temp, add water, add matcha and whatever else you want, and then let it do its magic!), to make hot cocoa (you can put cut up chocolate right in it with your milk!), and if you’re just looking for some foam, it will make cups of perfectly frothed milk

Peaches, Yogurt, and Tahini

Stone fruit season is my favorite season. I’m always trying to find ways to eat more peaches. My favorite breakfast these days is a ripe peach cut up into small pieces, covered in whole milk yogurt, and drizzled with a healthy amount of tahini.
