Get your partner to take a sleep test: Sleep apnea is actually very scary and bad and fixing it can be a literal life changer/saver. I had to bug my partner for years to get one and when he finally did it made an enormous difference. If it’s not apnea that’s awesome but rule it out first!

Get allergy testing: A friend thought he had sleep apnea and snored badly - but when he did a sleep study, they also checked for allergies and turns out it was a treatable grass allergy that was inflaming his nasal passages, causing the snoring. In his 40s, never had any other symptoms of the allergy.

Silent Nite Oral Appliance for Snorers: I am so sorry that this is the answer, but I can confirm that after 10+ years of sleeping next to my (wonderful, loving) snoring husband (which, unfortunately got worse as we got older!), this device is the answer to end snoring. I speak the gospel to my friends all the time. It is extremely not cheap (cost depends on your insurance) and you get it through your dentist, but it is a night and day difference. I think he's getting much better sleep with it too.
