Not exactly what you asked for because it’s more than a mini and a bit of a drive BUT this is probably one of my top 10 hikes ever, and definitely my 👑 in Southern California. So much bang for your buck and expertly cut switchbacks. She does get snow, however, which makes it no fun so do before the snow flies or after it melts in the spring! I also liked this SoCal Hiker blog during my LA days - lots of great intel
