On a sunny day, Lucky’s is THE most gorgeous coffee stop on NS. Period. I posted it on my IG story when it first opened, and my DMs were flooded with people asking me where I was. It’s just a small shack with a walk-up order window, but with a surfboard bar counter, a “backyard” seating area, and a sunfilled kitchen with a montain backdrop, it’s curated to perfection to feel like the perfect North Shore home.

Yes, the cute aesthetic got me in the door, but the specialty drinks are what made me a fan. I recommend the girly bird or nuts n hugs.

Coffee wise, one of the best on the island. The shots taste balanced, and the staff is knowledgeable. I typically go to the Kaimuki location, which doesn’t have any seating, but the consistent quality of the coffee keeps me coming back for an on-the-go cup.

Unpretentious, classic coffeehouse with an extensive drink menu that includes all the usual suspects. The coffee itself is fine, but with plenty of seating options and a lively ambience (I hate when I coffee shop is silent!), it’s my go-to to get work done or have an in person meeting.
