I’m specifically thinking about work but this could apply to personal life, too. I keep a loop page (use word, OneNote, a physical notebook, really anything) with facts about my company, my top priorities, a Rolodex of key people, our most recent quarter’s performance, and our short/long term targets. It helps me if I need to check on how I’m prioritizing my day or with context during a meeting. There’s so much information flying around all the time and I need a landing place for it that isn’t just my memory.
