Maybelline Lash Sensational Sky High Mascara: It’s a mouthful to an almost comical degree — I usually just say “the Maybelline mascara in the metallic pink tube” — but this stuff is WOW. I have pretty short, straight eyelashes and this once got me an unsolicited compliment from a make-up artist. I’ve never gone through mascara as quickly as I do this one (in a good way) and I’ve tried many “cult” mascaras. This is so deeply the winner for me.

Allies of Skin Azelaic and Kojic Advanced Clarifying Serum 30ml: Oof expensive but this stuff is some kind of magic. I usually get all kinds of breakouts in the summer from pollution/ sweat/ sunscreen/ etc, and using this every at night has been keeping my skin clear. Dare I say improved? Dermstore and the Allies website both have sales on this pretty frequently, so wait for the good 20% off ones to make it a little less nuts.
