These are the absolute best peppermint pills because of the way they’re constructed. They were recommended to me by my gastroenterologist since peppermint is a natural antispasmodic. I find they really help and like to keep them on hand!

I take these at the first hint of a cold since zinc is a crucial immune system support — I feel like they help pull me back from the edge or at the very least help me bounce back! I always take with food to prevent feeling nauseous.
