the ideal bun for a breakfast sandy, perfect square footage, fluffy and soft and retains sauce without getting soggy, consistent flavor and freshness, never misses. all pros no cons imo sorry sorry sorry every other bread has its cons, and we’re aiming for perfection here bagel - too thick. english muffin - too small and frail. croissant- also frail, nearing soggy territory. sourdough - ok i do love sourdough but can be a tough chew
