Vermut

I’ve jumped on the vermouth bandwagon while living in Barcelona. The Spanish stuff is delicious and super popular here - sweet but not overly so, rich and refreshing. Serve straight with orange and olives, or whack some soda in if so desired. Nice with your cava as a spritz. A staple in the fridge over summer. Me encanta.

This bottle is a go to, about 4 euros in a supermarket.
