Heist TV seems to be having a moment and it doesn't get much bigger than this, in terms of both the scale of the real life crime and the production of the series. The story of the Brinks-Mat robbery and it's subsequent long, long tail is a gripping yarn that unfolded across decades and multiple continents, told here over two seasons of top shelf crime TV. It's a super stylised affair - nigh on every scene seems to have some character profoundly speechifying - but the intrigue is relentless and there's plenty of south London grit to balance out the lustre of the production.
