Sometimes you need a good cry, and my lorrrddddd did this movie make me cry. I watched this film on an international flight with 3 sections of seating, and I was in the MIDDLE section in the very MIDDLE seat - completely sobbing for all to see. So good, so moving & who doesn’t love Julianne Moore?

Alone - On Netflix & Hulu

10 contestants get dropped off in the wilderness & survive completely alone. Last person left wins! It’s so cool & inspiring to see how resourceful humans can be. Sharing this in addition to my specific recommendation for Alone Australia Season 1 (which I am very obsessed with).

Alone Australia Season 1
•••
Alone is amazing, but ALONE AUSTRALIA SEASON 1 IS SUPREME if you are a woman or believe in the power of attuning to nature. I don’t want to give anything away, but there is a woman in this show that I now refer to as my spiritual mother & channel her energy in my everyday life. I cannot recommend this season (and Alone in general!) enough.

The Last of Us: Long, Long Time (S1E3)

I’m convinced this is the best episode of any show I have ever watched - ever. It’s great because it’s also kind of a stand-alone episode that you can watch without needing to see the rest of the show. A true masterpiece - I bought a piece of art for my home that reminds me of this episode because I loved it so much.

List of Musicals by Streaming Service

I’ve been working my way through the list recently, so that I can finally see some of the shows I’ve always been meaning to get around to. So far, my TOP pick is Cabaret with Alan Cumming - he’s sooo good!
