Inside the High Street Kensington station, this little shop has Pumpkin & Goat Cheese and Champagne & Olive empanadas that keep me up at night. Pop in and get a box of takeaway, share with friends or snack for days. Box fits great in a mini fridge.

The Vault in Tulsa, Oklahoma

Mid-century modern haven, a retrofitted auto bank turned American eatery. Staff were the sweetest, lovely natural light and high ceilings, 60s decor. The Vegan Fried Chicken Sandwich knocked my socks off. The coffee is delicious. If you’re in Tulsa, check it out!

Prince’s fav record store (and he’s right, again!) Spent hours digging and emptied my carry-on to fill with ~20lbs of obscure CDs. So worth it.

Delicious, cozy, and the staff are so sweet. Slipped in for some ramen on a rainy Saturday and almost curled up for a nap in the booth.
