Agreed that this is the best! Grilled tortillas, not steamed. Fresh avocado. Amazing green avocado salsa.
As a “not in the central mission” alternative, there’s El Castillito across from Safeway at market and church. Meets all three criteria listed above. I get the quesadilla rather than burrito. It’s not a flat cheese thing, but rather a somewhat flattened burrito. But somehow better!
