Still Dreaming Big

I just love hearing the dreams, pursuits, and ambitions of the fellow 40+ crowd. It shows there's still so much room for opportunity out there in our 40s.

Watching others age with optimism and pursue their passions (sometimes changing career paths) after 40 has been inspiring.
