Sometimes the lines can be off the hook but the wait is worth it!! The soft serve is SO creamy and light and sweet. I like to mix wild cherry ice with green apple.

The jellyfish exhibit is incredible. The staff is also extremely helpful and kind, and petting a bat ray in the Sandy Shore exhibit is a must!

Only real Northern Californians will know that this is THE STOP to make when driving to Southern California. The banana cream pie at the diner is so fluffy and delish. For kids, it has a train ride, carousel, and a sluice to pan for gold (a mandatory Californian kid experience). It also has a huge gift shop that sells dried fruit and nuts, harvested from their farm. A great pit-stop before entering the abyss that is the I-5.
