Listen and volunteer for any in-person opportunities

Being remote is harder to connect and get to know your peers and leaders. Listen and learn the culture. If there’s an opportunity to connect with people in person sign up for it! I believe appearance still matters so don’t show up in too casual clothing just because you can, still continue to be a professional on camera. Good luck!
