The Köln Concert
This is a classic jazz album by the great Keith Jarrett. The story goes this entire concert was improvised on a piano that was out of tune or at the very least unfamiliar to him when he went arrived late to the venue and had like an hour to practice and get used to it and came up with this set. I was hooked whether or not it was true. This was a concert from 1975 but it transcends time as all great music are. Enjoy!
