Local Butchers

Yeah, I know eating meat isn’t ideal (for health, for the environment etc) but I live with 2 carnivores and if you’re gonna eat meat, at least get the good stuff.

Here in North Carolina, I can recommend 2 - my localish one, Left Bank, and when in WNC, The Chop Shop. They both have lovely newsletters as well - do butchers automatically make good writers?
