Range + Kara have changed my relationship with movement forever. It’s physical/anatomical poetry. It’s ruined much of group fitness, other styles of working out, and the gym at large for me in the best way possible. My dear friend Mikaela reached out to Kara and she recorded a a custom class for my bachelorette. My first DIY project in my new home was designing the spare room into a place I do Range classes in the morning. An in-home gym that feels like a cozy bedroom is what Range deserved!

If you’re a lover of all things Sally Rooney, Dolly Alderton, and books like Eleanor Oliphante or the Importance of Being Ernest, add this to your repertoire. The easiest read that feels like you’re just visiting with old friends. This book taught me that everyone’s definition of love and how they want to be loved is different. After reading it I got a strange urge to write a book report…and recommend it to anyone looking for their next read!

Particularly recommend if you need a good cry or need a light change of pace during a hungover doom-scroll.
