Cano's Castle in Antonito, Colorado, is a unique folk art structure built by Vietnam veteran Dominic "Cano" Espinoza from recycled materials like beer cans, hubcaps, and scrap metal, dedicated as a shrine to Jesus Christ. It's a roadside attraction featuring multiple towers and structures, but visitors can only view it from the outside as it's private property, though donations are accepted. The castle is a testament to Espinoza's vision, built as a thank you to God for his survival in the war, and has been under construction since the 1980s

Back in 1955, the Star Drive-In wasn't that special in and of itself, containing a single screen and spots for 300 cars. Then in 1964, its enterprising owners saw an opportunity to capitalize on the magic of movies year round by opening an attached motel. Consisting of 14 rooms arranged in a semi-circular fashion around the screen with portrait windows facing the big show, George Kelloff Sr.'s "Movie Manor" proved a rousing success.
