guava juice for cocktails: that's my first thought. guava + tequila + aperol (or similar) + a little lime would be amazing!

Guava with Salt and Chilly Powder: Growing up in India, guava was one of my favorite summer fruits. I’d come home from school, ask my mom to cut one up, and eat it raw with a sprinkle of chili powder and salt. It’s refreshing and juicy from the fruit, with a little kick from the spices. You can also experiment with different seasonings—it doesn’t have to be just chili powder and salt!
