I am not a fan of journaling really, but I add one picture a day with a little caption, and it is such an easy way to remember the little things. I love that it gives an “on this day” memory and shows what you were up to “on this day” 1 year ago, 2 years ago, etc. 5 years in, and I love this tiny habit of mine.
