Mexico’s second largest city. Culturally rich home of mariachi, tequila, birria, tortas ahogadas, etc. Lots of great restaurants and cafes, cool parks, shopping (check out Mercado Libertad and Tlaquepaque), architecture, museums, and cathedrals.

Oregon’s best theme park, just outside of Salem. Visited nearly every summer growing up. Hand-built into the woods, and family owned, featuring fairy tale and fantasy themes, western town, haunted house, log ride, ice mountain bobsled roller coaster, etc.
