Compostable Paper Cone Cups

“For my 1st rec, I want to suggest a dedicated water cup at home that you refill and use often. My doctor tells me to drink 2-3 liters a day. I replaced my simple modern tumbler (moldy) with a stanley one (cleanable), and it's better, but I'm sure there are other good ones out there. I use a straw that I clean repeatedly for 4-6 months and then replace it with a new one. Monitor your salt, thirst, and color.”
